As a matter of first importance, we might want to beyond a reasonable doubt apologize that our item was not up to your expectations. This form is created to process all exchange/return matters smoothly. Customer satisfaction is our priority, please have faith and bear with us,  

1. We take back any perfume which you are not satisfied with.
2. It can take 3-4 working days to process your request. 
3. Perfumes should have at least 90% of juice remaining in the bottle.
